On Friday, March 6, the velutina trapping campaign presentation in Zas will take place—an open event for local residents to learn about the current situation and help coordinate efforts against the Asian hornet (Vespa velutina).
The session will be held at the Zas Social and Cultural Centre at 12:00 pm. It will include a data presentation and review of last year’s campaign, an assessment of the current situation, and the distribution of traps and attractant for interested participants.
Community participation is essential to tackle Vespa velutina effectively. If you can, come along and get involved.
