The Cee cultural programme January–May 2026 brings together exhibitions, theatre, music, magic shows, children’s workshops and popular celebrations across five months. Most events take place at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, the exhibition hall and the Francisco Mayán Library, making culture very easy to enjoy for residents and visitors alike.

With activities aimed at schools, families and adult audiences, the Cee cultural programme January–May 2026 combines local talent, Galician companies and special dates such as Carnival, World Book Day and Letras Galegas, creating a lively calendar of events by the Costa da Morte.

  • 14 January–1 February: 19th Jesús Núñez International Graphic Art Prize exhibition (A Coruña Provincial Council). Exhibition hall, Monday–Friday 9:30 am–1:30 pm and 4:30–7:30 pm; Saturdays 12:00–2:00 pm.
  • 14 January–1 February: Printmaking workshop in the exhibition hall, following the same opening hours.
  • Friday 23 January: Talk on “Alimentación e nutrición” (food and nutrition). Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 6:00 pm, organised by the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
  • Tuesday 27 January: Micro-bit educational robotics workshops at the Casa da Cultura, two sessions at 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm for participants aged 12+, registration at the Library.
  • Saturday 7 February: “Unto Vello” concert at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 8:15 pm. Tickets €3 and €5.
  • Saturday 14 February: Opening of Enrique García Domínguez’s exhibition “Luz de outono na Costa da Morte” at 12:00 pm in the exhibition hall, running until 14 March.
  • Tuesday 17 February: Children’s Carnival workshops at the Cee Town Hall function room, 5:00–7:30 pm.
  • Saturday 21 February: Traditional Carnival contest, starting at 4:30 pm.
  • Tuesday 24 February: School show “Contos de brétema e luz para coñecer a Rosalía de Castro” at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 11:00 am.
  • Saturday 28 February: Magic show “Degustación de imposibles” by magician Joshua Kenneth. Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 7:30 pm, tickets via entradium.com.
  • Saturday 7 March: Comedy show “Sobria e Serena: O chou” with Arantxa Treus and Jazmín Abuín. Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 8:15 pm. Tickets €3 and €5.
  • Saturday 14 March: Presentation of Nieves García Centeno’s novel “Arsínoe, reina de Alejandría” at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 7:00 pm.
  • Saturday 21 March: Talía Teatro presents “Artur Ui, o ovo da serpe” at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 8:15 pm. Tickets €5 and €7.
  • 26 March–19 April: 19th Luis Ksado International Photography Prize exhibition (A Coruña Provincial Council). Exhibition hall, Monday–Friday 9:30 am–1:30 pm and 4:30–7:30 pm; Saturdays 12:00–2:00 pm.
  • Saturday 28 March: Family show “El professor Bromera” by Melabuffa Company at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 7:30 pm. Tickets €3 and €5.
  • Saturday 4 April: Magic show “Imposible?” by Mago Rafa at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 7:30 pm. Tickets via entradium.com.
  • Tuesday 14 April: Physical theatre piece “En carne viva” by Bengala Teatro, 12:00 pm at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, for secondary schools.
  • Saturday 25 April: World Book Day celebration with Inventi Teatro’s play “A librería máxica” at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 7:30 pm. Tickets €3 and €5.
  • Monday 27 April: Brush-pen lettering workshop at the Francisco Mayán Library, 6:00 pm, for ages 12+ (registration at the Library).
  • Friday 1 May: “Día da Muiñeira” traditional dance gathering in Praza 8 de Marzo, from 5:30 pm.
  • Friday 8 May: Comedy show “Amoriños” with Touriñán and Perdomo. Baldomero Cores Auditorium, two sessions at 8:30 pm and 11:00 pm, tickets via ataquilla.com.
  • Friday 15 May: Letras Galegas 2026 event honouring Begoña Caamaño at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 11:30 am, followed by prize-giving for the “Achegamento ao Libro” and “Na procura do noso marcapáxinas” contests.
  • Saturday 16 May: Cee Concert Band’s Letras Galegas concert at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 9:00 pm.
  • Saturday 23 May: Silvardeiras Theatre Group presents “Os vellos non deben de namorarse” at the Baldomero Cores Auditorium, 9:00 pm.
