On September 6th, 2025, the town of Corcubión will once again host the 22nd Corcubión Pedestrian Race, one of the flagship events of the “Running Along Costa da Morte” circuit. A unique competition where passion, endurance, and the Atlantic landscape come together to create an unforgettable sporting experience.
The day will kick off with youth and children’s races, followed by the inspiring 3K Against Cancer, a solidarity race that connects sports with social commitment. Later, runners will face the thrilling 10K challenge, racing through the streets and coastline of Corcubión, cheered on by a devoted crowd.
This edition also marks 10 years of “Against Wind and Tide”, reinforcing the race as a true benchmark in Galician popular athletics. More than just a competition, it’s a celebration of community, resilience, and the vibrant spirit of Costa da Morte.
