On Monday, August 18, 2025, Soesto Beach in Laxe will host a new edition of Starlight Nights with Jorge Mira, a unique experience to discover the night sky of the Costa da Morte. The event will start at 11:00 p.m. and will be led by physicist, researcher, and science communicator Jorge Mira.
This astronomical observation is part of the Activate in Laxe 2025 program and aims to bring science and nature closer to everyone in a privileged natural setting. Prior registration is required before Thursday, August 14.
With the recognition of the Starlight Tourist Destination, this initiative blends tourism, science, and outreach in a magical night under the stars at Soesto Beach.
