On Saturday, July 26th, 2025, the town of Camariñas will host the first edition of the Festa do Marisco de Camariñas, a seafood festival organized by the Association of Entrepreneurs and Tourism Promotion of Camariñas. The event is set to become a summer highlight in Costa da Morte.
The celebration will take place at the Plaza do Mercado, starting at 1:00 PM, where visitors will be able to taste premium local seafood including mussels, clams, goose barnacles, and more — a true feast of Galician maritime tradition.
The Festa do Marisco de Camariñas is sponsored by the Virxe do Monte Fishermen’s Guild of Camariñas and Mariscos Antón, with support from the Camariñas Town Council and the Camelle Fishermen’s Guild. A perfect day to savor the sea and celebrate the region’s culinary heritage.
