Electronic trade Workshopping and loyalty of clients

The Thursday 5th of April to the 20.30 h in the Museo do Mar de Laxe, will take place a workshop of electronic trade and fidelización of clients. The activity, of two hours of length, is organized by the Concellería of Trade of Laxe in collaboration with the Galician Federation of Trade. It treats of a workshop directed to entrepreneurs and autonomous, in the that will make known aspects related with the business and the consumer such normative comma of consumption, helps, new technologies, electronic trade, and fidelización of the clientele, go in others. Notwithstanding, also it will be able to take part any person interested in the thematic. The formative activity will explain with the direction of technical personnel with dilated professional and formative experience fear us to treat.

Why we organize this activity and encourage to assist?

At the Department of Tourism of Laxe are conscious of the increasing difficulties that presents the trade of vicinity to survive in the bought. The malls there is that sum the increase of the shopping by Internet, that offer the same and más cheap. In front of this, consider that the local trade has to take advantage of to the maximum the possibilities and attributes that are him own, as the cercanía, or the deal customized. Because, if we think it detidamente, none gave values is donated of re summon in the shops online neither in the big surfaces. To achieve that they put in value these attributes, the autonomous and traders have to be prepared, and this Concellería considers that the administrations have to involved in the process. So, the small trade, in addition to giving him light and life to the city councils, is a sustainable means of creation of employment and local development. The workshop that proposes , will contribute to improve the management of the trade, and to reinforce his existence. We intend, therefore, step decisive to help to autonomous and empresariado to propel the trade of vicinity.
