“The City council of Zas prepares an exhibition of traditional suit at Torres do Allo”

The Department of Culture of the City council of Zas organises, in collaboration with the Deputation of A Coruña, and with the special participation of the Association of Traditional Dance Churía; a sample of traditional suit that will be able to visit in the interior of the Pazo do Allo. Under the title “Shows of the Traditional Suit of the Terra of Soneira”, original pieces of the past century, reproductions, ancient photographies, collected audiovisual, and complete suits will be near at hand of the public in the polyvalent room of the pazo from the 24 March until 29 April in opening schedule of the monument.

The  Churía Association contribution the materials that will be able to see in this exhibition centred in the peculiarities of the traditional attire of this territory. A work of search, conservation and put in invaluable value, achieving only pieces of personal bottoms that will be able to see for the first time in this exhibition. It begins like this the program of special activities of the 2018 designed by the City council for the Torres do Allo. The exhibition will remain opened during all the Saint Week. The entrance to the sample and the complementary activities will be free.
