The municipality of Vimianzo presents the programming of the Auditorium of the Culture Hall for the autumn months

The Department of Culture of the City Council of Vimianzo presented the theatrical program of the Auditorium of the Casa de la Cultura for the months of October, November and December. Once again, figures like Antonio Durán-Morris, Federico Pérez, Mercedes Castro, María Vázquez, César Cambeiro, Adrián Ríos, Patricia Pérez, Toño Casais, Atur Trillo, etc., will be closer to Vimianzo. In the selection of works stand out the most representative of the current Galician panorama. Some of them come to Vimianzo after a huge international success.

On Saturday, October 6, the company EME2 will come to Vimianzo with the work Lettuce, which addresses the different family reactions to the aging of the parents in a mood. The 13th is the turn of Contraproductions with Sons of the sun. This work approaches the universe of Eduardo Pondal in the centenary of his death. On 27, Quico Cadaval will present his monologue The Innocents, whose central theme is the Civil War.

The performances of November will be released on the 3rd day with the representation of Castrapo, the first installation of Los Naufragos Theater. Get in touch with the story of a writer who retraces his journey through a train journey. On the 10th it will be the turn of The Elephant Song, an original psychological trill of the Canadian author, Nicolas Billon, who tells the research about the disappearance of a psychiatrist. The last person who saw it is a patient obsessed with the elephants. On the 17th, the company Talía will come to Vimianzo with the work O servidos de dos amos. Talia presents in this occasion a reinvention of the work of Goldini incorporating new forms of theatricality.

November will be closed on the 24th with Tropical, a story that runs on a ship inhabited by travelers with intertwined destinations, in which tourists, migrants, musicians or refugees are mixed. On December the 1st, ButacaZero will approach Caminos, a reflection on the topics of Galicia and Galician, about what Galicia means in the 21st century. December 2 will close the program with the family show Pistacatro, Autumn, a tribute to the classic clowns told through a company of clowns.

The children and the family public also have their place in this program. On October 7th, the Maxín window, we will approach Gales Adventures, a puppet show and music that will help us to understand the importance of enjoying music, books or poems created in Galician. On October 21 it will be the turn of Muíñada de Galeatro. It tells the story of a boy and a girl who, due to a misunderstanding with the turn, are found in a water mill.
