On Saturday, August 23, 2025, Moraime (Muxía) will celebrate the San Roque Pilgrimage, one of the most anticipated summer festivals on the Costa da Morte. The day will begin with a morning performance by the bagpipe group Xaramiños do Corpiño and a solemn mass in honor of San Roque at 1:00 p.m., followed by a procession and a midday session with the group Alaska.
In the afternoon, the music will continue with Xaramiños do Corpiño, Peta Forte de Cee, and the brass band O Rumbo de Sardiñeiro, along with activities for children such as free inflatables and a mechanical bull.
The evening will conclude with a lively dance featuring Alaska and Orquesta Ardores, bringing a perfect ending to a day full of tradition, music, and celebration in Moraime.
