Laxe and Vimianzo town councils are organising a guided walk through the Protected Landscape of the Penedos de Pasarela e Traba for the second consecutive year. The initiative aims to showcase and promote one of the most distinctive natural areas on the Costa da Morte.
The walk will be led by geologist Xan Fernández Carrera, who will explain the geological, scenic and natural significance of the area. The route is 5.4 kilometres long and will take place within the municipality of Laxe.
The activity will be held on Saturday, 11 July 2026. Participants will depart from the O Bañal crossroads at 9:30 a.m. and are expected to return to the same location at approximately 2:00 p.m. Registration will remain open until Thursday, 9 July, through the registration form or the official websites of Vimianzo and Laxe town councils.
