Program for the Galician Literature Day 2025 in Camariñas
The Concello de Camariñas has published its activity schedule to commemorate Galician Literature Day 2025, dedicated to cantareiras and popular poetry, with activities for all ages.
Tuesday, May 15 – Municipal Library
12:30 h – Storytelling Caixa, caixiña, caixón (Andamiaxe). An activity combining storytelling and workshop, aimed at children aged 6 to 10 years.
17:30 h – Storytelling Carme, the cantareira (Andamiaxe).
Wednesday, May 16 – Municipal Library
11:00 h – Storytelling Estás como una cabra (Noelia Porto). For children of the Infant School.
Wednesday, May 17 – Casa de Pedra (Galician Literature Day)
19:00 h – Performance by cantareiras: As Cansorriñas and Mar Devalado.
19:30 h – Awards ceremony for the 2025 Galician Literature Contest.
20:00 h – Theatrical performance Sol fuerza by Antena Teatro.
