From September 19th to 21st, 2025, the parish of A Ourada (Ponteceso) will celebrate its traditional A Ourada Festivities 2025, three days filled with music, gastronomy, and local traditions.
On Friday 19th, Jamón Day, there will be a roast ham tasting with potatoes and queimada from 8:30 p.m., followed by a night party with Rocío Pérez and Impacto Disco Móbil. On Saturday 20th, San Roque Day, activities include pulpeira and tavern service all day, a parade by Grupo Inllar, solemn mass at 1:00 p.m., a midday session with Primeira Fila, a regueifa at 6:00 p.m. with Suso, Antonio, and Yessica, tavern songs, and at night a big party with Primeira Fila and Impacto Disco Móbil. On Sunday 21st, Nosa Señora do Faro Day, there will be morning masses, a solemn mass at 1:00 p.m. sung by the Coral de Pazos, a midday session with Lidia Sueiro, and pulpo with churrasco to close the celebration.
A vibrant festivity that blends Galician music, traditional food, and community spirit, turning A Ourada into a must-visit festive spot in Costa da Morte.
