Praia dos Cristais in Laxe will once again become a remarkable open-air setting for the 20th Solpor Poético, an event bringing together poetry, live music and the coastal landscape of the Costa da Morte. It will take place on Saturday 22 August 2026 at 8:00 pm.
The programme includes the award ceremony for the 20th Antón Zapata García Poetry Competition, a well-established cultural initiative celebrating literary creation and Laxe’s close connection with poetry.
The evening will also feature a concert by Xoán Curiel and Iris Gey, presenting “Treides Comigo!”. Music and spoken word will meet beside the Atlantic in a setting designed to be enjoyed at sunset.
The 20th Solpor Poético in Laxe offers a cultural experience rooted in place: poetry by the sea, live music and an unforgettable Costa da Morte sunset.
