Quintáns, in the municipality of Muxía, will celebrate its festivities in honour of San Isidro Labrador on 31 July and 1 and 2 August 2026. The three-day programme will combine local food, tradition, religious ceremonies, musical parades, concerts and evening dances.
On Friday, 31 July, a large grilled sardine feast will begin at 8:00 p.m., featuring sardines, Padrón peppers, cornbread and wine, accompanied by Charanga Santa Compaña. The evening programme will include Trío Alborada, CDC mobile disco and a concert by Monoulious DOP. On Saturday, 1 August, the feast day of Santa María da Cabeza, there will be a musical parade with Xaramíños do Corpiño, followed by a solemn Mass and procession at 12:00 noon and a vermouth session with Dúo Charada. The evening festivities will feature Orquesta Trébol, Impacto mobile disco, Tomando Party with David Bermúdez and Martín Pérez, and a concert by Esedeka.
On Sunday, 2 August, the patron saint’s day will begin with a parade by the Cee Music Band. At 1:30 p.m., a solemn Mass will be held in honour of San Isidro Labrador, followed by a procession featuring the traditional Sword Dance. A large vermouth session will then feature Orquesta Fuego, DJ Ferre, DJ Martín Pérez and DJ Castrinho. The celebrations will conclude in the evening with Orquesta Fuego and DJ Crejo.
