On September 6th and 7th, the Forno do Forte in Buño (Malpica de Bergantiños) will host the 1st Open Traditional Firing, an event that brings together heritage, craftsmanship, and popular celebration.
With the 18th-century Roman Kiln as the centerpiece and within the framework of the Fiesta de la Carroa, participants are invited to bring their own pieces to be fired using traditional techniques, reviving the ancestral practices of Buño’s pottery.
A unique chance to experience history, community, and creativity in one of Galicia’s most emblematic centers of craftsmanship.
