Agosto no LagoMar dedicates Sunday, 30 August 2026 to an introduction to traditional Galician dance led by Grupo Novo Viana. The session starts at 5:00 pm at Camping Lago-Mar in Merexo, Muxía, and is designed as a friendly, participatory first step into Galician folk dance.
Grupo Novo Viana will guide participants through basic rhythms, steps and ways of moving rooted in Galician tradition. The focus is on learning through participation and understanding the close relationship between music and dance, without the formality of a conventional class.
An ideal cultural plan for visitors looking to discover Galician dance in Muxía and add an active, community-based experience to a summer day on the Costa da Morte.
