The Saber Sabor da Aldea Fair 2026 will take place on Saturday 1 August in San Roque de Redonda, Corcubión, with a full day devoted to rural crafts, popular culture and the flavours passed down through village life.
From 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, the fair will bring together traditional knowledge, craft demonstrations, local food, games, music and folk dancing in a welcoming setting for all ages.
A lively day to reconnect with rural roots, discover traditional ways of life and enjoy the tastes of the land in San Roque de Redonda.
