39th O Ézaro Beach Festival

The 39th O Ézaro Beach Festival will take place on 1 and 2 August 2026 at the beach and seafront promenade in O Ézaro, Dumbría.

The programme features children’s activities, circus, live music, traditional games, a community sardine feast and the illumination of the O Ézaro waterfall.

Programme for the 39th O Ézaro Beach Festival

• Saturday 1 August: from 4:00 pm on the seafront promenade, children’s craft workshops, skill games for all ages and inflatables. At 7:30 pm, A Vela Circo will present Enredos as part of Rede Cultural, with acrobatics and family circus. In the evening, the entertainment moves to the area around the O Ézaro waterfall: at 10:15 pm, Gallaecia Small Band will perform soul, jazz, cha-cha-cha, boleros and mambos; from 10:30 pm to 12:30 am, the waterfall will be illuminated.
• Sunday 2 August: from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm and from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, TransPorta. Garabato de Xogos, part of Rede Cultural, children’s craft workshops, skill games for all ages and inflatables. At midday there will be a community sardine feast and traditional music by Longarela. The afternoon programme includes traditional games —chairs, sacks and rope, among others— and the baile do cañoto, followed by DJ Matrek and a performance by Orquesta Nueva Fuerza.
