The Zas Town Council (Concello de Zas) has opened registration for the 8th edition of the Universidade Sénior da Coruña in Costa da Morte, a university programme for people aged 50+ that celebrates lifelong learning and the joy of keeping your mind active—together, as a community.
Sessions will run throughout February and March at the Centro Sociocultural de Baio and will be taught by lecturers from the University of A Coruña (UDC). The programme is organised into three modules: Humanities & Social Sciences, Earth Sciences & Technology, and Life & Health Sciences, offering a varied and engaging learning journey.
Registration is free of charge and open until 5 February. Classes take place from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, two days per week. You can register online at https://universidadesenior.org/costa-da-morte/ or in person through the participating councils’ Local Development Agents.
