The parish of Coucieiro, in the municipality of Muxía, will host its traditional Socorro Festival on July 5th and 6th. The celebrations begin on Saturday with a solemn mass at 1:30 p.m. in honor of Saint Anthony, followed by a daytime music session with Dúo Élite. In the evening, enjoy a lively party with performances by La Ocaband and Disco Móbil Mega CDC.
On Sunday, July 6th, the festivities continue with a solemn mass and traditional dance at 1:00 p.m. in honor of the Virgen del Socorro. The morning will feature fireworks and performances by the Danza de Arcos group and Xaramolos do Corpo de Muxía. The musical group Alaska will close the celebration with a lively midday session.
