On Saturday, September 27th, 2025, the town of Camariñas will host a new edition of the Solidarity Walk for Ataxia, organized by the association “Con Ataxia pero Sin Límites” in collaboration with the Camariñas Town Council. The event aims to raise awareness about this neurodegenerative disease while promoting inclusion through sport and community participation.
The walk will begin at 12:00 PM, following a brand new accessible route suitable for wheelchairs, starting from the Ponte do Porto seafront to Cereixo and back, making it a scenic and inclusive experience along the Costa da Morte.
After the walk, participants can enjoy a wide range of activities including bouncy castles, snacks, raffles, and a classic car exhibition. To register, simply call 697 828 580. A beautiful day to walk, connect, and support a meaningful cause.
