On Saturday afternoon, June 7th, the 10th edition of the Concello de Zas Pedestrian Race will take place. This event is part of the 11th “Correndo pola Costa da Morte” Circuit, which includes ten participating towns across the region. A community race for all ages and levels, combining sport, nature, and social responsibility.
Most of the course runs through a mix of paved roads and dirt trails, including the Zas riverside walk in the 10K race, making it one of the most scenic and eco-friendly races of the circuit. Both the starting and finishing points will be located in the Praza do Concello. Highlights include youth races, the 10K, and the popular 3K “Against Cancer”.
Registration is open until June 3rd at 11:59 p.m. on the official circuit website. Entry for the main race is €8 plus €1 for chip rental, while youth categories are free with prior registration. A great event for running enthusiasts to enjoy the natural charm of Costa da Morte.
