Find out more about Lariño Lighthouse

Located on a rocky outcrop known as Punta Ínsua, north of Lariño beach.

It was created to ensure navigation after different shipwrecks. It was built between 1913 and 1921. The floor plan is basically rectangular (it has two small wings on the main façade).

This architectural element together with an exceptional location such as Punta Ínsua, between two beaches, bring great beauty to this coastal area.

It is an excellent viewpoint of the coastline from which you can see Fisterra, and the entire coastline from Simpron beach (Lira) to the Ancaradoiro pass or the summit of Monte Louro (Muros).
