At Costa da Morte Tourist Association (CMAT), our board of directors is the engine that drives our initiatives and projects together with our partners.
Representing both the public (mayors) and private (Aptcm) sectors, this committed team works tirelessly to promote and develop tourism in our region.
Headed by Manuel Muíño Espasandín, Mayor of Zas, our board of directors meets regularly to plan strategies and activities that benefit the entire community.
The new CMAT board of directors has begun its mandate with important projects underway, such as the creation of the Embaixador da Costa da Morte Award, which will recognize those people who contribute significantly to the promotion and conservation of our territory.
In addition, key events are being organized such as the III Costa da Morte Tourism Encounter and various promotional campaigns that include the Costa da Morte Starlight Blogtrip.
These efforts are designed to consolidate our presence in the tourism market and enhance the visibility of Costa da Morte at trade fairs and other relevant events.
Manuel Muíño
Mayor of Zas and president of CMAT, he leads the strategic vision for the tourism development of Costa da Morte.
María Lema
Councillor for Tourism of Dumbría and vice-president of CMAT, she brings her experience in local tourism management to the management team.
Pepe Formoso
President of APTCM and secretary of CMAT, he plays a key role in the coordination and organization of tourism activities.
José Muíño
Mayor of Cabana and treasurer of CMAT, he oversees the financial management to ensure the sustainability of tourism projects.
Áurea Dominguez
Mayor of Finisterre and member of CMAT, she brings her local knowledge and her commitment to the promotion of the destination.
Juan Carlos García
Mayor of Coristanco and member of CMAT, he contributes with his experience in the development of regional tourism strategies.
Damián Álvarez
