The Romería of the Virxe da Barca in Muxía 2025 will be held from September 12 to 15, and is one of Galicia’s most iconic religious and popular festivals. On Friday the 12th, the festivities will begin with a midday session and evening dance featuring Disco Móbil CDC and the group Kubo.
On Saturday the 13th, after masses and processions in honor of the Virgin, the day will include parades and performances by the orchestras París de Noia and Alianza, followed by a grand fireworks display at 12:30 a.m. Sunday the 14th will be the main day, with masses, a procession to the port, and performances by Los Satélites, Acordes, and Galaxia, plus the launch of Galicia’s largest firecracker string at 2:30 p.m. On Monday the 15th, the celebrations will conclude with masses, processions, and a performance by Soraya alongside the M-3 Show.
An event that blends devotion, maritime tradition, and music in the incomparable setting of the Costa da Morte.
