The Concello de Zas presents the 9th Labarta Pose Amateur Theatre Festival – Full Programme, a cultural event that once again places theatre at the heart of local life during May and June. The festival will include five amateur theatre performances, all taking place on Saturdays at 9:00 pm in the auditoriums of Baio and Zas.
This new edition strengthens Zas as one of the key venues for amateur theatre in the Costa da Morte, with a varied programme featuring comedy, lively stage productions, performances for different audiences and a final awards ceremony. The programme will also include the closing event of the Concello de Zas Municipal Theatre School.
The 9th Labarta Pose Amateur Theatre Festival will award prizes to the five best plays, best actor, best actress and the audience’s favourite performance, which will go to the show with the highest average score. A must-see cultural event to enjoy local stage talent and community theatre in Zas.
