The\u00a0Department of Trade, Hospitality industry and Tourism of Laxe launches a campaign called “Con X de Laxe, con X de Peixe” To promote the fishes that have X, and do of these a gastronomic appeal to municipal level. With this reason created a corporate image, with which pretends spread the slogan and the same time link fishes that carry the letter X in his name -as the xarda, to xuliana, the jurel, the abadejo, the curuxo, or the xouba- with the local gastronomy.<\/p>\n
The intention of the Councillor is that Laxe participate in gastronomic fairs through the fishes that carry the X in Galician. Like result of this campaign, of the 9 to 15 April, the hospitality industry of the City council of Laxe, will participate in the first gastronomic days “Con X de Laxe”, organised by the Department of Hospitality industry with the collaboration of the Provincial Deputation of A Coru\u00f1a.<\/p>\n
During the seven days that last the gastronomic days, the consumers will be able to taste the menus presented by the following establishments: Ancla Taberna, Casa del Arco, Bar Escarabajo, Restaurant Mar de Laxe,\u00a0Panaderia\u00a0 – Degustaci\u00f3n El bien me sabe, Taberna – Restaurant The Bocho, Coffee – Bar Restaurant The Recodo of Ant\u00eda, El Rinc\u00f3n D Lucas, Restaurant\u00a0y Tapas Zurich.<\/p>\n
