His project, <strong>Colecci\u00f3n Gu\u00edas Michelin<\/strong>, brings together information and documentation from different editions of these guides.<\/p>\n<p>Its website lets visitors browse guides by country and region, read articles, statistics and updates, and discover the history of the celebrated Red Guide. It also features sections on historic caf\u00e9s, museums and tourist routes, including the Costa da Morte.<\/p>\n<p>This collecting and heritage project offers a window into more than a century of changing travel habits and dining culture.
