With a height of 28 meters, it simulates a boat sailing on a sea of stone. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Built in 1995 by the architect C\u00e9sar Portela. The height of the ground to the span is 28 meters, rising 50 meters above sea level.
